How is the new year treating you so far? Are you saying "Twenty Ten" or "Two Thousand Ten?".... I haven't decided yet...

anyways...

The new year brings a lot exciting news for Anchors End!

For one, We just posted a BRAND NEW song on the page. It's called "The Moon Is Not Unusual" and it was recorded July 2009 in New Jersey. The new song is a duet of sorts which features vocals from new member Bret Kunash. The song will be featured on our upcoming release, "The Humble Beginnings EP", which will be out this year.

Secondly, for the next 7 days you have a chance to download ANOTHER new Anchors End mp3 for free! All you have to do is help us out by spreading the word about our new song "The Moon Is Not Unusual." Just message/email us with proof of your hard work... simply sending a few of your friends a link to our myspace page or TWEETING about the song (include the link too!) could help us a lot!

Finally, we are in the process of moving practice spaces and trying out new drummers for the new new version of Anchors End... For the time being we will continue to play as many acoustic sets as possible. We continue to write tons and tons of new songs as well.
